By accessing or using SailAway’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

SailAway provides AI-powered tools for marine businesses, including AI phone receptionists, SMS communication, chatbots, and workflow automation. These services assist with customer communication but do not replace human decision-making.

3. SMS Communications

As part of our services, SailAway may send service-related SMS messages such as:

Missed-call follow-ups

Intake confirmations

Appointment or scheduling updates

Review requests

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, including SMS consent, with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is used solely to provide service-related communications and is shared only with service providers necessary to deliver messaging services (such as SMS and telephony providers).

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 727-334-8500 . After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive no more then 3 messages a day. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Use SailAway services only for lawful, service-related communication

Obtain proper consent before messaging customers

Not use our services for spam or unsolicited marketing

5. No Guarantees

SailAway provides its services “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, response rates, or revenue results.

6. Limitation of Liability

SailAway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if services are misused or used in violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

9. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
