I walk you through the report live, on the call, and tell you exactly how to implement what we find. If you want me to build and set any of it up, that's quoted separately based on the work.

What happens during the audit?
We spend 90 minutes going through your week, task by task. I ask what's actually eating your time and map it out live. No pitch, no slides, just your week on the table.
How long does the audit take?
The call itself runs 90 minutes. I record it so I don't miss anything. You'll get the report back within a few days, on a second call where we go through it together.
What if I already use software?
Good, that makes this easier. Most shops already have some software, they just aren't using half of what it can do, or it's stitched together by hand. The audit works with what you already have.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know your own business, which you already do. I handle the technical part.
What does implementation cost?
The audit and report are $999. If you want me to actually build and set up what we find, that's quoted separately based on the work.
What if it doesn't work?
Then you don't pay. If I can't find at least 5 hours a week you could get back, the audit is free. I'd rather tell you that upfront than take your money for a report you can't use.
