SailAway AI is operated by Connor O'Brien, based in St. Petersburg, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or book an AI Audit, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, including:
- Your name, email, phone number, and business details when you book a call or pay for an audit
- Payment information, processed directly by Stripe (we never see or store your full card number)
- Anything you share during the audit call, including a recording of the call itself
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site. We don't collect information about you just for visiting the page.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Schedule and run your audit call
- Build your audit report
- Process payment for the audit
- Follow up by email or phone about your audit or a project you've asked about
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of outside services to run this business. Each only sees the information it needs to do its job:
- Stripe — processes payment for the audit
- Calendly — handles scheduling for your call
- Google Workspace — our business email
- Netlify — hosts this website
We don't share your information with anyone else, except if required by law.
Call recording
Audit calls are recorded. The recording is used to build your report accurately and isn't shared outside this business. By booking and joining the call, you consent to being recorded.
How long we keep it
We keep your information and call recording for as long as needed to deliver the audit and support any follow-up work, and as needed for our own business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email connor@sailawayai.com and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
This site and service are for business owners and aren't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new date at the top. If you're an active client, we'll let you know directly if a change materially affects how we handle your information.
