Agreement

These terms apply when you book and pay for an AI Audit with SailAway AI, operated by Connor O'Brien in St. Petersburg, Florida. Booking a call or making payment means you agree to them.

The audit

The AI Audit is a 90 minute recorded call followed by a written report, walked through live on a second call. The report covers where your time goes, the tasks that can come off your plate, and the AI tools to use for each one.

Price and payment

The audit is $999, paid in full at the time of booking through Stripe. This is a one-time payment for the audit and report only — it does not include implementation.

The guarantee

If we don't identify at least 5 hours a week of time you could get back, you don't pay. If this applies to you, email connor@sailawayai.com within 14 days of your audit call and you'll get a full refund.

Implementation and ongoing work

Building or setting up any of the tools recommended in your report is quoted separately, based on the work involved. Ongoing maintenance, if you want it, is also billed separately and isn't included in the $999 audit fee.

Call recording

Your audit call is recorded so we can build an accurate report. By booking and joining the call, you consent to being recorded.

Scheduling and rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your call, email connor@sailawayai.com as early as you can and we'll find a new time.

Your report is yours

The report we give you is for your own business's use. Please don't resell it or pass it along as your own work.

No guarantee beyond the stated one

Outside of the 5-hours-a-week guarantee above, we don't promise specific results from implementing any recommendation in your report. Recommendations are based on tools and information available at the time of your audit, and results depend on how they're used in your business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page with a new date at the top.
